Restore seed data

Load the canonical demo dataset (~180 rate cards plus the original audit trail) into the demo tenant. Any existing rate cards, drafts, audit entries, and dismissed recommendations for this tenant will be replaced.

Purge all data

Permanently delete every rate card, draft, audit entry, and dismissed recommendation for the demo tenant. The tenant itself is kept so the app keeps booting. This cannot be undone.
